Used Varijet two barrel carburetor.
This is the factory carb used on Jeep CJ5 CJ7 CJ8 with the "Iron Duke" GM 4 cylinder engine.
Also fits many pontiac applications.
Linkages move freely but i did not see it on a running vehicle.
I would assume it needs rebuilt.
