This is the desirable GM iron duke bell housing.
It has damage to the bottom of the bell housing where the obvious chunk is missing. Still seems solid and very useable but you may want to come up with a creative solution to keep debris out.
From the factory it mated the 4 cylinder motor to a T176 four speed transmission. Would also bolt to a T150 three speed transmission.
The Gm 4 cylinder shares a bolt pattern with the chevy small block motors so if doing a SBC swap this bell will mate your engine to a T176 transmission.
Pivot ball tower is in good shape.
Threads are good.
Does not include the clutch fork.
