This is a used gas tank skid plate that works on the 20 gallon plastic gas tank.
The 20 gallon plastic tank was an option on 81-86 CJ5 CJ7 and CJ8.
This is solid enough to be useable but not in perfect condition.
Biggest blemish is the rust on the lip that bolts to the rear cross member. The rest is still solid.
You will want to clean and paint it to make it nice.
Probably going to want to do a little welding on that front piece.
