This is the air cleaner tube that connects the filter box to the air intake box that mounts on top of the 2.5 four cylinder motor used from 97-02 on the Wrangler.
This is the center tube that is part of the factory air cleaner assembly.
Only used on the 4 cylinder Wrangler.
