Used Jeep steering wheel.
This style was factory on 84-95 Jeep XJ Cherokee.
It will also fit 87-95 Jeep YJ Wrangler.
Color is tan and it has the leather wrap. Leather wrap has some tearing and outer ring is generally in rough condition (shown in pictures).
Horn button works .
Probably a good candidate for a wheel wrap to make this a very functional steering wheel.
